Russian blue berkshire dumbo

Sisu is an amazing rat both for his stellar personality and for being the toughest little survivor we've had to date in our rattery. When he was born, his mother accidentally nipped the ends of both of his rear feet off. Thanks to soaking and antibiotics and this tough little guy's will to live, he's now a healthy, happy, very able adult rat who can climb, walk, run, play, groom and cuddle as well as any four footed rat around. Sisu's cage has been modified with plastic carpet runner on the wire floors to give him a flat surface for his foot stubs. With the wire, his stubs would go through the spaces and potentially could injure him. He climbs like a monkey and has a very developed upper body from using his front legs more than his rear legs to propel him. He is also the sweetest, coolest, most personable little guy and everyone who meets him immediately begins concocting plans to steal him. He is a supreme camera ham as you will see below. His name is a word in Finnish that means "exceptional personal strength and fortitude" and I cannot think of a more fitting moniker for this amazing, wonderful boy.
