Silver Satin Dumbo Berkshire
Shazza was a large, sweet, kissy girl who loved to cuddle, explore and lick hands. She could be a bit bossy with smaller girls, but actually responded quite well to other strong females. Shazza was very much a people rat and loved to seek attention and affection whenever possible. Her silky fur was an absolute pleasure to pet. Although she was no slouch at the food dish, the above two photos were taken less than 24 hours before she delivered a delightful litter of 12 silver and blue kittens. Shazza's daughter Idgie lives with us also, and the two of them looked nearly like twins! Shaz tragically passed away right after a surgery to remove a mammary tumor, though due to her weight loss in the last month or two of her life, we suspect there was something else besides the benign tumor at work on her health. Shazza was a darling, lovely girl whose legacy lives on in her descendants.
