Black European Roan
Rutger was not supposed to stay here indefinitely - he ended up at my house for about a month waiting on a shipment to Idaho and, well, we fell in love and he just ended up staying. Rutger is such a clever, active, friendly, marvelous little fellow - he's got moxie to spare. He also happens to be an absolutely gorgeous representative of his breed. European roans are still very rare in the US and I'm looking forward to passing on his fine genes in the future.
