RRLM Pernilla	CWR Darjeeling

These two proud parents could not have nicer personalities if they tried. Pern is an inveterate kisser - she would turn your fingers pruny with licking if you allowed her. Darjeeling is a silly clown boy who is always eager to jump on your shoulder to be held and cuddled. I can honestly say I could care less what the babies look like so long as they are healthy and as nice as their parents are. That being said, given the funky genetics at work on both sides of the family, I have no idea what these lovely babies will look like, so the next few weeks will be exciting from a genetic standpoint as well as a snuggly wuggly adorable baby standpoint. Pernilla had her litter of 9 on Easter, March 27. There were ten originally, but one was sadly stillborn. Otherwise, the delivery went very smoothly and Pern was nursing and, of course, grooming everyone immediately. She's an attentive and protective mother, but not nervous or nippy. The babies are all quite round and well fed and loved, as you can see below. All babies are named for types of tea just like their dad.I'm still not sure what to call their color yet at 10 days of age, but perhaps the next week or two and them opening their eyes will solve the mystery. There are 3 boys and 6 girls, in a mix of fur types, all probably standard eared. Two of the ladies are unexpectedly blazed but everyone else seems to be berkshire, irish or self.
