Miss Noodle was our tiny dynamo - the absolute twin of the late great BlooBeE, hence the nickname. Noodle packed an amazing amount of energy into such a slender frame and could run for miles on her wheel without stopping. Noodle was one of the best behaved, most even tempered rats we've had the pleasure of knowing. She'd rather have a cuddle than a cookie and was really just a darling little animal. Even if she'd never won a single ribbon, I'd consider her to be one of the best adoption decisions I've ever made. I just can't say enough about my dear departed Schnoodle. Her sons carried on the family tradition of sweetness and ribbon collecting. Tortellini took Best of Show Reserve Kitten at the same show where his mom rang the cherries. It was so very sweet to win those ribbons considering there was a real chance that neither mother nor son would have survived Noodle's difficult delivery just six weeks before. Sadly, we lost Torts to an aneurism at a young age - never enough time with the rats you love. You can read about their story on Tort's page. Orzo, however, is going strong, carrying on the family tradition of being delightful and very good looking.

Wise and I bask in her and sister Holly's glory. Noodle seems completely
unimpressed by it all and is wondering what all the fuss is about and
whether we could swap the ribbon for a cookie or two. |
