Mismarked siamese "jester" dumbo velveteen
Mallomar was an "extra" rat who ended up staying on by sheer force of adorable personality. He was a siamese if you looked at one profile and PEW if you looked at the other! He was our siamester or jestermese! Mallomar was named for the online screen name of an old friend of my husband Wil from back in the college years. Sadly, we lost Mal to neurological disease wherein he suffered a series of strokes. He seemed to be making improvments, but we found him curled up on the bottom of the cage. His passing at least appeared to be peaceful, which was very fitting for such a big soft gentle soul.
