Black-eyed white velveteen dumbo

Weetzie was the runt of her litter, but her tiny size belied her huge spirit. I went with my heart, not with my studbook, in deciding to keep her since I had been pulling for her since she was born. Weetzie had so much spirit and so much spunk that I knew she'd turn out to be fine and healthy, just a little behind the growth curve. She grew into a happy, loving, active girl who reminded me so much of her dear aunt Azizi. Weetzie was perfect, she truly was. She was gentle, affectionate to people and rats alike, so soft and pretty, and so empathetic - she always knew how to comfort me if I needed cheering up. My Weetzle was the best.

You can faintly see her pale blue collar.
Sweetest face in the universe.

My little beauty right after her surgery (see the shaved side.)
