Cinnamon pearl? masked

Miss Hisvet, named for a rat princess in a fantasy series, was quite the little madam! She liked to be picked up only when she climbed into your hand on her own terms and would pip indignantly and hop away if you tried to hold her without permission. She was a very lovely lady of a color we could never quite decipher. She was all white til about 7 weeks of age at which time the appearance of a pale cinnamon(???) mask totally blew us away. Hissy also mellowed with time and hads become quite affectionate toward her chosen humans by the end of her all too brief life. She was not at all aggressive, but she sure did not like to be told what to do by a mere human and would vocally let you know all about it, especially if water or a manicure was involved. Secretly, she did like to be petted and held when nobody was watching! Hissy was one of my favorite girls and I absolutely loved her strong, quirky personality. She left us far too soon from a sudden internal hemorrage and I will miss her rotten ways forever.

Hissy lurks atop her Mondo Habitat like the gargoyle she was.
Hissy giving her patented stinkeye to the world from atop her fabric fortress.
