Doyle was one of the best rats ever in the history of ratdom. He was, in a word, noble, much like his father Fivel. He was so gently affectionate and was so athletic in his youth. Doyle was everything I could have asked for in a companion and more. His fascinating ticked coat was so pearly and shiny and his dark ruby eyes just sparkled with his personality. Everything about Doyle just said "class" except when you'd pull out the peanuts, at which point he became a total begging clown. He was so lovely with all the other rats he was with and was inseparable from his brother Darjeeling and joined him just a week after Dar passed away. He left me some beautiful kids and grandkids and I will keep his legacy alive for as long as it is possible. Thank you, Doyle, for sharing a life with me.
